Judge bars race-based ICE stops in Southern California

A federal judge in Los Angeles has barred immigration agents in seven counties from stopping people because they look Latino. She found evidence that agents profiled workers and turned away U.S. citizens who tried to prove who they were. The Trump administration has already appealed.
