Taking reporters' questions ahead of a trip to South Carolina, President Trump won't rule it out and says he doesn't know how she can be allowed to run. He calls a second Dan Sullivan on the ballot "a fraud" and claims it was done "in conjunction with Schumer and everybody else," offering no evidence in this clip.

If the Democrats win, if Mary Pertola wins, should Republicans refuse to seat her come January? Well, you're going to have to see what happens. It's hard to believe that she can even be allowed to run. Frankly, I don't know how you can allow somebody like that to run. It's so unfair when you look at that, but nobody knows what to press. We've done studies. Nobody knows. They have no idea who the Dan Sullivan is. You have Dan Sullivan, who's a great senator. You have another guy named Dan Sullivan who never even, I think, voted before. He didn't campaign. He was just put there as a fraud. But people aren't going to know that. So nobody's going to know what to do. That's a fraud. And it shouldn't be allowed to happen. And it was done in conjunction with Schumer and everybody else.
