In this clip, Jasmine Crockett argues Americans would only need the $5,000 because of Trump's policies. She says families pay an extra $3,500 a year for basic necessities under Republicans, that more than four million Americans lost SNAP in the first year of the "big ugly bill," that eight million lost ACA coverage, and that nearly every Republican backed the largest Medicaid cut in history. She closes by urging viewers to check their voter registration and make a plan to vote.

He's not just a threat to democracy. He's also the biggest threat to Americans' financial security. The only reason Americans would need the $5 ,000 bribe, because that's what it is, is because of his failed policies. The average American family is paying an additional $3 ,500 per year for basic necessities under Republicans. More than four million Americans have lost their SNAP benefits in just the first year of the big ugly bill. Eight million Americans lost their Affordable Care Act healthcare. Farmer bankruptcies are up almost 50%. And nearly every Republican supported the largest cut to Medicaid in American history. So check your voter registration and check it often and make a plan to vote.
