On election night in Iowa, Democrat Josh Turek tells supporters that people called it impossible to win a state Trump had won by 13 points against Ashley Henson and her super PAC allies. The beginning of this, they said we were crazy. They said winning a state that Trump had won by 13 points was impossible. That running against someone like Ashley Henson with her corporate -packed friends and super -packed allies was impossible. But I've heard the impossible my whole life. Doctors told me and my parents it was impossible for me to live a fulfilled life after I was born with spina bifida. Proved him wrong then. They told me it was impossible to win gold medals after I was cut from the U .S. national team six straight times. Proved him wrong then. They told me it was impossible to win my western Iowa district as a Democrat when we proved him wrong then. And they told me it was impossible to win this Senate race. But tonight Iowa, we have once again proved that the impossible is possible.
