In an interview with Democracy Docket, Rep. Robert Garcia says the half of the Epstein files released so far is over-redacted, survivors aren't protected, and files have been removed and put back. He says Attorney General Pam Bondi is leading the cover-up for Donald Trump, faces "an enormous amount of liability," and "will be held accountable."

Now, let's be clear. Of the half they've released, they're overly redacted. We can't see all the files. Survivors aren't protected. Files are being removed, put it back. So there's still a lot of questions. And what's stunning to me in that Pambani doesn't understand is first, this is infinitely worse than the Watergate cover -up, as we know. I mean, it doesn't compare, pale. But let's remember who actually had a face consequences for Watergate. It wasn't Nixon, right? It was the attorney general. I think that Pam Bonning needs to understand that she has an enormous amount of liability here as the attorney general and as someone that's leading this cover up for Donald Trump. So she wants to continue to carry the water for a failed president. She can do so as she pleases, but she will be held accountable. And our goal is to hold the president accountable.
