Scott Colom, speaking in an interview on The Jim Acosta Show, says Mississippi's Republican insurance commissioner admitted 200,000 Mississippians lost coverage this year after "she voted for the federal support on Obamacare to go away." He describes a woman in her 50s who runs a counseling business, lost her insurance when that support ended, and prays every night she doesn't have an emergency that would bankrupt her.

That's going to hit rural health hard. Yeah, it already has. Listen, our Republican insurance commissioner, this guy, I love him because he has his habit of telling the truth. He admitted that 200 ,000 Mississippians lost health insurance just this year already because she voted for the federal support on Obamacare to go away. She took health insurance for 200 ,000 Mississippians already. And you know, I've talked to him. I've got a woman who's got a counseling business and she had health insurance last year because she could afford it. And once the federal support went away, she lost the health insurance. She's in her 50s, can't afford health insurance, praying every night she doesn't have an emergency because she'd go bankrupt.
