60 years. I want you to understand what that means to me. When I got to the legislature in 2011, there were so few Democrats in the Senate that we joked the caucus could share one pizza. So we got to work. In 2014, I co -founded the Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee because I believed we could build something special. 10 years later, as governor, I I made a commitment to fight for legislative races because they are too often overlooked. We've now gone from a one pizza caucus to a majority in both chambers. Woo!
