And I think I also just want to take a moment to say that a lot of the anger that New Yorkers are feeling, it begins with the horrific ice shooting of Oscar Brighal on Thursday afternoon. Again, this is a shooting of a moving vehicle in which there's Oscar and his five -year -old child in broad daylight during school hours where ICE agents were dressed up as construction workers wearing vests and carrying long guns. And New Yorkers were terrified and they continue to be terrified and I understand that. And as it pertains to our police department, I have directed a full review of the 24 -hour period that starts with the horrific ICE shooting that extends to the police department's response to that incident as well as to the ensuing protests.
