Scott Colom, speaking with Roland Martin in Jackson, Mississippi, says Senator Hyde-Smith won't face voters, not even her own Republican base. He calls himself the only candidate with a plan to lower costs, raise the minimum wage and save health care and hospitals, and says he has a record of prosecuting both Republicans and Democrats who broke the law.

She had done a town hall in six years and she doesn't want to take any questions. She didn't and that's disrespecting to the voters, right? It's not disrespecting me. I won't keep grinding, but she's basically telling even her hardcore Republican voters, she's basically telling them, I don't care what you think, I don't want to answer your question. I'm not going to change anything about what's going on. So my message to Republicans, I tell them all the time, Roland, listen, if you like high gas, high No health care, hospitals closing, corruption and betrayal. Vote for Senator Hines -Mill, because she's made it absolutely clear she ain't gonna do nothing to change any of those things. If you want somebody that's gonna fight on the issues that matter, who's put together a plan about how he's gonna lower costs, who's told you he's gonna raise the minimum wage, who said he's gonna fight to save our health care and save our hospitals, who's got a track record of prosecuting both Republicans and Democrats who violated the law. If you want someone who's actually gonna stand up for Mississippi Values, it's clear I'm the only candidate that's offering that.
