We need to make sure, and this is the case as we've seen horrifically here in Houston with Lorenzo Salgado Arajo, that state and local authorities have the ability to enforce their own laws so that ICE agents who break the law can be held fully accountable for their actions because the Department of Justice under this administration cannot be trusted. And the problem is, if you've got rogue ICE agents who think they'll never be held accountable, then we're going to continue to see the type of violence that has been unleashed and brutality on law -abiding immigrant communities and on American citizens, as we horrifically saw with Alex Pretty and Renée Nicole Good.
