Taking press questions before his early vote in Florida, Donald Trump is asked about a report that the White House is kicking around a plan to shield junior administration officials. He says he hasn't thought about it, but points to Biden, says pardons are, "they say, the most powerful thing a president has," and argues an honest person could be dragged into a grand jury. Then he turns to a woman he calls Margo: "you're not going to have to worry about it, okay?"

Like who? There is a report by the Washington Sun this morning that the White House is kicking around a plan to shield junior administration from the White House. Well, I haven't thought of it, but I will tell you it would be very unfair to go through what we went through for four years with the corrupt weaponization that took place. So in light of what Biden did, as you know, Biden shielded many people, including the Congress, if you look at what they did with Congress, when they set up the special committee, which was a fraud, they all got shielded. So certainly, I haven't thought about it, but certainly I'd be allowed to. The presidential pardons are, they say, the most powerful thing a president has. I certainly don't want to see innocent people go through hell and lose all their money like Margo lose all their money. Because if she becomes a target, you know she's a very honest person, But they're going to drag her into a grand jury. She's standing right there. Margo, you're not going to have to worry about it, okay?
